pause — rest — heal
The mental health journey can be a difficult road to walk alone. Therefore, our goal is to walk with our clients using neurobiological approaches to therapy, which empower the natural healing pathways within all of us.
We are passionate about helping entire families grow, heal, and achieve sustainable life change. We do this by providing holistic therapy for all parts of the family unit: parents/couples, individual adults and adolescents, as well as the family as a whole. Our team takes seriously the privilege of walking alongside clients with empathy, hospitality, and excellence. We would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
Hear from our team of therapists as we share helpful knowledge and wisdom, complete with critical life applications. We draw on the themes we observe in the therapy room to offer helpful insights, tips, and strategies to support you and your family on your mental health journey. Check in here for updates!

Way Stone /wā/stōn/ – a safe place to heal along your journey.
A waystone both marks the trail and indicates a safe place to rest and be restored before continuing on your journey.
Both Way and Stone are names Jesus uses to refer to Himself:
“I am the WAY, the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6)
“As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood.” (1 Peter 2:4-5a)
The early church referred to themselves as The Way, or people of the Way.
For those who desire it, our practitioners are trained in integrating Christian faith into therapy. This can look like praying in session, incorporating Biblical references and principles, and inviting Jesus and the Holy Spirit into the healing process. We also welcome clients from different faith or spiritual traditions. In this case, we will not integrate Christian principles out of respect, and we will instead honor our clients’ value systems. At Waystone, our team believes in providing brain-based, holistic mental health care for anyone who desires greater healing, regardless of their beliefs.
We are thrilled to announce that we are officially moved into our permanent office space located at 500 Sun Valley Drive, Suite D-1, Roswell, GA. We are working hard to maintain the same calm and therapeutic environment you’ve come to know from us. Can’t wait to see you there!
